Basic and Premium iTunes Feeds
The Basic & Premium iTunes Feeds, available for active Basic and Premium members respectively, are password protected RSS feeds designed with convenience, flexibility, and mobility in mind. The chart below shows the difference between the free public feed, the basic feed, and the premium feed.

Subscription Instructions for Active Basic and Premium Members on Windows and Mac OS

You MUST be an active Basic member to subscribe to the Basic Feed and an active Premium member to subscribe to the Premium Feed. Follow these simple steps to subscribe. (Note: You must have latest Apple's iTunes software installed on your computer for the instructions below to work.)

Step 1:
Depending on your subscription level, click either the Basic Feed or Premium Feed icon below. This will launch the iTunes application (this may take a few minutes).

Step 2:
A login window will appear in iTunes. Enter the User name and Password for your Active Basic or Premium subscription, and check the "Remember my password" checkbox. Click "OK". (Note: The User name and Password are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as entered during registration.)

Step 3:
To ensure the feed is fully loaded, click the feed refresh button in iTunes. This may take a few minutes.

Step 4:
After the feed is refreshed, you should be able to see the most recent podcast in the list of episodes. To add previous episodes to this list, click the "Old Episodes" button in the upper right corner of iTunes.

Step 5:
When the "Old Episode" button is selected, it will open a new window with a complete list of all the episodes released in the Basic/Premium feed. Select individual episodes you would like to add by clicking on the circle next to each episode, or click the "Add All" button in the upper right to add all published episodes to your iTunes. If your computer is always connected to the Internet you can stop here and enjoy the seamless delivery of all our video and audio lesson materials straight to iTunes. If you would like to download all episodes for offline access or to add them to your mp3 player, continue on to Step 6.

Step 6:
You should now have the ability to stream any of the episodes in your podcast feed. This means they are still only accessible while connected to the Internet. To make the lessons available offline, change the podcast view option to "List".

Step 7:
Once the view has changed, you should now have a view of all of your podcasts in a list format. Click the arrow next to the Basic/Premium feed to expand the list and view all episodes.

Step 8:
Once the list is expanded, click the image of the cloud with an arrow in it that is in line with the individual episodes. This will download that individual episode for offline access. If you would like to download the whole feed, click the cloud that is on the same line as the feed title.

Subscription Instructions for Active Basic and Premium Members on iPad/iPhone/iPod

You MUST be an active Basic member to subscribe to the Basic Feed and an active Premium member to subscribe to the Premium Feed. Follow these simple steps to subscribe. (Note: You must have Apple's Podcast app installed on your Apple device for the instructions below to work)

Step 1:
Navigate to this page in Safari on your Apple device; all instructions from this point onward will reference actions taken on your Apple device, unless specifically mentioned. Depending on your subscription level, on your Apple device, click either the Basic Feed or Premium Feed icon below. This will launch the Podcast application (this may take a few seconds).

Step 2:
If this is your first time adding a feed directly to the podcast you will be prompted with 3 different dialogues:
  1. "Subscribe to Podcast" - This is a confirmation dialogue that you would like to register to the Basic/Premium feed.
  2. "Sync Podcast" - This will automatically sync your podcast and podcast collection on all devices registered to your iCloud account that have access to it.
  3. "Turn On Auto-Downloads" - This will automatically download newly released episodes. (Note: this option has no effect on previously released episodes.)

Be sure to select "Subscribe" on the "Subscribe to Podcast?" dialogue box, but for the "Sync Podcast" & "Turn on Auto-Downloads" prompts, feel free to select whichever option best fits your personal preference.

Step 3:
The feed will be added to the Podcast app (this may take a few minutes). Select the new feed by tapping the podcast image. This will open a new window inside the Podcast app that lists all of the episodes that have been downloaded for offline access.

Step 4:
To make more episodes available for offline access, scroll down to the bottom of this window and select "Add Old Episodes", which will open another window in the podcast app. Scroll through the list and mark the episodes you would like to add to your offline availability, by tapping the circle radial button to the right of each episode. Once you have selected all the episodes you would like to add, tap the "Add" button at the top of this window, and the episodes will begin downloading.

Step 5:
If you turned on the Auto-download option when you first started the app, all future episodes will be downloaded automatically. You can also turn this setting on by opening the podcast in the Podcast app, and selecting the "settings" option next to the image.
